Leakproof and Outer Layer: ProSoft Organic cotton interlock with waterproof Eco-PUL.. Extremely soft and durable waterproof fabric created by laminating 1 mil PUL to ProECO Organic Cotton Interlock, made from all U.S.-grown organic cotton. Eco friendly and the highest quality organic cotton on the market. Free from chemicals, PFOS, PFOA, lead, dioxins, heavy metals, BPA, latex, phthalates (including DEHP, DBP, BBP, DINP, DIDP, and DnO). CPSIA certified, hypoallergenic, vegan and sustainably produced.
